2. Q. What is your in store Return Policy?
  A. If you purchase product that needs to be returned it must be done so within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days has passed and you would like to exchange an item we will do so for the amount purchased, with a receipt. There are some guidelines that must be followed to perform a return or exchange:
  • The item must include a copy of your receipt.
  • The item must include all tags in place and in original packaging. The item must not have been worn. Packaging should be in original condition.
  • Shoes must be unworn & returned in the original undamaged shoe box. Packaging should be in original condition.

Items not accepted for return: All tights, undergarments, all foot items such as toe pads-spacers-etc, makeup or hair products are a final sale. All discontinued items or sale items are not accepted.

We will do our best to take care of you and your returns in a fair and timely manner. We know there are times when you will need to return an item, and we will do our best to help!

     
     
3. Q. What is your Online Return Policy?
  A. If you order a product that needs to be returned it must be done so within 30 days of our shipment date. If you would like to exchange an item we will do so with a reshipment fee of $5.00. All refunds will be for the amount of purchase less shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
There are some guidelines that must be followed to perform a return or exchange:
  • The item must include a copy of your receipt.
  • The item must include all tags in place and in original packaging. The item must not have been worn. Packaging should be in original condition.
  • Shoes must be unworn & returned in the original undamaged shoe box. Packaging should be in original condition.
  • A note for reason of return must be enclosed. We need to know if you are expecting to exchange or return.
  • Items sent for return should be insured, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If you are paying for your item C.O.D or with a check, include the amount for reshipping with the item returned.

We will do our best to take care of you and your returns in a fair and timely manner. We know there are times when you will need to return an item. We will review each return and respond as quickly as possible to resolve the refund or exchange.

     
     
4. Q. What size dance shoe will my child wear?
  A. Each dance shoe has a different sizing system. We carry many brands, and styles and cannot tell you without sizing your child what size shoe they will be wearing. It is always best to come into the store to be fitted for shoes and dancewear. If you must purchase online with out being fitted, sizing charts can be found here. ( link to charts) These are guidelines only! The only way to guarantee a perfect fit is to have one of Black and Pink Professional fitters size you for your first pair of shoes! Questions about sizing, please contact us and we will walk you through it!
     
     
5. Q. I purchased an entire outfit for my daughter when she tried dance and she did not like it, can I return the items since she only wore them once and she won't need them any more?
  A. Our return policy is to accept returns on new, unworn merchandise only. You would not want to purchase merchandise that another dancer had "only worn once."
