As a key member of our small business, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will assist dancers and their families in finding the perfect dancewear and accessories, ensuring they leave our store with confidence and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:
   • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
   • Provide personalized guidance on dancewear selection based on customers' needs and preferences.
   • Answer inquiries regarding product features, sizing, and care instructions.
2. Sales:
   • Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed store targets.
   • Recommend complementary products and accessories to enhance customers' dance experience.
   • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Visual Merchandising:
   • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
   • Assist with restocking and arranging merchandise on the sales floor.
   • Contribute creative ideas for window displays and in-store promotions.
4. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay informed about the latest dancewear trends, styles, and brands.
   • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
   • Educate customers on the benefits and features of different dancewear items.
5. Customer Relations:
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
   • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner.
   • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve overall store performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a dancewear or apparel store.
• Passion for dance and a basic understanding of dancewear needs.
